Because Hispanidad Foundation, Inc is a public charity community foundation recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization, your gift will qualify for the maximum deductibility for income, gift and estate tax purposes. A gift to the Hispanidad Foundation can reduce your current tax burden or simplify the eventual distribution of your estate.

The foundation also provides donors the option of making anonymous gifts, and will only disclose your name per your request to people you identify. Your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number will never be shared, sold or exchanged.

Foundation programs will focus in the following areas:

  • Education: An educated community is a necessary prerequisite for economic  and social success. The Fund is committed to programs that advance the value and primacy of education, such as combating the high school dropout problem and fostering a college and workforce readiness mentality
  • Health and Wellness Services - The general health of Hispanics must be addressed and supported. The Fund will commit itself to support preventive programs in the area of mental health and chronic disease, as well as supporting treatment programs that battle illnesses such as diabetes, obesity and Cardiovascular.
  • Community Development - Building communities that attain the dream of home ownership, while retaining and instilling the special values of our traditions.  Creates an environment conducive to sustaining our overall economic and social progress. The Fund will champion programs that increase the level of tangible assets held by Hispanics, thereby increasing the rate of Hispanic home ownership. It will also support community-based investment efforts designed to foster both economic opportunity and fiscal responsibility.
  • Arts and Culture - A community that remembers, celebrates and shares its uniqueness with others through song, dance, imagery and other artistic forms of expression serves as a catalyst for inspiration and dynamic change. The Fund will give consideration to programs that present the uniqueness of Hispanic arts and promote the Hispanic cultural traditions in an educational, informational, inclusive and entertaining manner.
